These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of responsiblewhatr.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is owned and operated by Fabonest Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. ("Fabonest," "Responsible Whatr®," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in India (CIN: U15549DL2019PTC344270).

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and Pricing

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse an order at our discretion.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated. The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of each product reflects the maximum price that may be charged to the consumer, inclusive of all taxes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, where an order has already been placed, to contact you before fulfilling it.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted online and paid for in full at checkout (prepaid only; Cash on Delivery is not currently available). Payment is processed through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.

An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabonest Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
